How a project runs

Five steps, in the same order every time, so you know what is being built, what it costs, and what happens next.

The five steps

  1. Step 1: Understand

We start with the business, not the website: how you sell, who buys, which systems you run and what has to keep working.

    What happens
A conversation about the business: what you sell, who buys it, how leads and orders move today, and which tools you already use.
    What you get
A clear picture of what to fix first, and a straight answer if the website is not the real problem.
  2. Step 2: Scope

We write down what the project covers: pages, content, systems, connections, who owns what, and how we will judge the result. The scope is written for your business, not pulled from a package.

    What happens
The project goes in writing: pages and content, systems and connections, who owns which accounts, what launch looks like, and the price.
    What you get
A written scope and price for your business, not a package.
  3. Step 3: Design and build

We design and build with your real content and product data. You review it as it takes shape instead of seeing it all at the end.

    What happens
Design and development happen with your real content, photos and product data. You see the site as it takes shape and give feedback along the way.
    What you get
Previews you can open on your own phone and computer before anything goes live.
  4. Step 4: Test and launch

Before launch we test on phones and computers and check accessibility, forms and links. It goes live after you approve it.

    What happens
The site is checked on phones and computers, with keyboard access, forms, links, speed and search settings. It goes live when you approve it.
    What you get
A launch you signed off on, with redirects from old pages where they are needed.
  5. Step 5: Improve

With a care plan, the site stays updated and monitored, and it keeps improving as you learn what customers use.

    What happens
With a care plan, the site stays updated, backed up and monitored. Content changes get made, and the site keeps improving as you learn what customers use.
    What you get
Someone who answers for the site after launch.

Common questions

Do you have packages or a price list?

No. Every project is scoped to the business and the price follows the scope. Tell us what you need and you will get a written scope and price.

Do you only work in Seminole?

WTX Digital is based in Seminole and works with businesses across West Texas. Current clients include companies in Seminole and Amarillo.

Can you work with the website and systems we already have?

Yes. Many projects start from an existing website, inventory list, CRM or ad account. Part of scoping is deciding what to keep, what to connect and what to replace.

What happens after I ask for a quote?

Your request comes straight to me. I will call, text or email you back, whichever you asked for, to talk through the business and what it needs before anything is scoped or priced.

Tell me what the business needs.

Every project is scoped to the business, so there are no packages to pick from. Send a few details and I will take it from there.
